Boat Hotel Fortuna***


LOCATION: Boat Hotel Fortuna lies at anchor on the side of Pest of the capital, next to the Margit Bridge, opposite the Margaret Island. There is no problem to get to, because the hotel can be reached in 15 minutes from all the significant stations of Budapest and from all the international bus-stations, and the airport is situated only 40 minutes far. 

HOW FAR IS: from the motorways M1 and M7: 6 km
                   from international airport of the capital: 10 km
                   from the railway station: 500 meters
                   from the international bus station: 1,5 km.

OPENING PERIOD: all year around

DESCRIPTION: 46 rooms of our 60 single and double bedrooms, which can have spare beds, have shower-bathes, toilets, televisions supplied with satellite broadcast, telephones and minibars. The four superior category rooms and one apartment can afford the same services. 14 rooms integrate the offer with taps and common shower bathes. People who desire a little rest during the day can take place in a comfortable day bed on the upper deck or on the sun deck and can admire the unveiling panorama or can cast an eye on the waves of the Danube. On hot days of the summer cocktails of terrace-bar can bring remission.

RESTAURANT & PUB: Restaurant Lord Nelson, where the buffet-breakfast is served for the guests of our hotel, is an ideal place of business lunches and familiar dinners in the other parts of the day. Francis Drake Pub is the beer-house of people who likes easy entertainment and the café is the home of silent chats and snacks.

OTHER SERVICES: Exclusive saloon for conveying business conversations and conferences. Catering units is suitable for conveying organisations, lectures, standing receptions, marriages, and education. Technical equipments can be ensured on request.
